The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff has always been our top priority.
The rooms and common areas are cleaned and sanitized daily. Contact surfaces (handles, buttons, switches) are disinfected even more frequently.
The main areas are equipped with dispensers of disinfectant solutions to ensure a high level of safety for everyone.
All employees receive continuous training. In all departments of Des Alpes, work is only to be carried out in compliance with safety measures (mouth and nose protection, disinfection of hands, safety distance).
All linen is washed at 90°C.
The room cards are disinfected before check-in.
We kindly ask our guests to respect the minimum safety distance of 1 metre and to wear mouth and nose protection. Members of the same family are not obligated to keep the minimum distance between each other.
All guests have their temperature taken on arrival.
If you wish that housekeeping should not enter your room during the stay, please get in touch with our reception.
The breakfast and salad buffet are served independently by the guests, in compliance with the mask obligation and after disinfection of the hands. In addition, disposable gloves are available for your protection.
The saunas and the steam bath (adult only) can be used with only a few limitations regarding the maximum number of people present and the distance between them.
During the transportation by shuttle to the nearest ski lift, everyone is obligated to wear a mouth and nose protection while on board. All seats can be occupied.
On departure, it is possible to use contactless credit and debit cards.
The local COVID TEST CENTER, pursue the goal of a quick and uncomplicated test option. So, if you need a PCR test, a rapid antigen, or a test certification for your return journey, you can contact the Covid test centre in Alta Badia.
